Google Drive On Ubuntu
Google Drive don’t have an official app for Ubuntu Linux, but I can help you to install one on Ubuntu with a few clicks.
Tools:
- Ubuntu 12 or 13 versions.
- A terminal.
Steps:
- Open Konsole and run it as root.
- Copy and paste the following command line.
- Type: sudo apt-add-repository ppa:thefanclub/grive-tools.
- Type: sudo apt-get update to upgrade packages.
- Type: sudo apt-get install -y grive-tools then press enter.
- After install has finish go to Apps and run Google Drive setup.
- Insert your admin password and allow Google to accept the app.
- Copy the generated code and paste it in the app.
- Here Google Drive is ready you can browse it over web or from home.
